Today's Fan Fair goers might find this a bit hard to believe but these photos show Ricky Skaggs leaving the exhibition building after an autograph session and Razzy Bailey grabbing a snack after signing autographs for several hours. Steve Wariner's getting ready to pose for a picture with a fan. All three photos were taken in 1979. Those who've been to Fan Fair will notice just how much the area has changed since then.
Here's an early 1979 Grand Ole Opry appearance by Reba. I'll never forget Whispering Bill Anderson introducing Reba and saying that she'd be one of the greats.
